Master Magus Synnthar is currently Magus superior of The Hermetic Order of Arcanus Sanctum(Wilmington, North Carolina, USA) as well as continuing to serve as Head of the elder council of mages within the same order.

Master Magus Synnthar became the highest ranking magician in the Wilmington, NC chapter of Arcanus Sanctum in 2004, He was initiated into the elder council on 8 Feb 2004 by decree of all four of the current heads of the inner sanctum. He has taken possesion of the sacred scrolls of the elder council and has complete authority over all proceedings of The Wilmington chapter of Arcanus Sanctum. He also holds the title of High Protector of the Secret Wisdom.  He has been involved with the  revival of the Order of Arcanus Sanctum since its conception and is considered one of the finest ceremonial magicians on the eastern seaboard. Master Magus Synnthar is also an accomplished artist and master craftsman of ceremonial implements. He has been involved with the tradition of High Magick for over 15 years and is considered a pioneer of the modern pagan movement. Master Magus Synnthar is also a third degree Freemason.  He resides at his home in Wilmington, NC where he  continues to work as a freelance artist and retains complete control of The Wilmington, NC chapter of Arcanus Sanctum.
